Dr. Beili sells satellites and becomes a unicorn: raising 1 billion yuan in one go, sprinting for IPO on the Science and Technology Innovation Board (satellite sales)

On September 15th, Beijing Weina Starry Sky Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Weina Starry Sky”) officially completed IPO counseling and filing with the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau. The counseling agency is Guotai Haitong Securities, and it plans to go public on the Science and Technology Innovation Board.
Weina Starry Sky is a professional commercial aerospace enterprise specializing in satellite manufacturing – providing one-stop services for the entire process from pre design, mid production, to post assembly and testing.
The satellite products of Micro Nano Sky include:
Space photographer “- remote sensing satellite: including optical satellites that can take high-definition surface photos, as well as radar satellites that can penetrate clouds and work at night. These images can be used in many fields such as crop monitoring, disaster assessment, urban planning, etc.
“Space router” – communication satellite: in the future, it can be used to build the Internet of Things and the Internet with seamless global coverage, such as providing network connection for remote areas and ocean going ships.
Micro Nano Starry Sky excels in manufacturing high-performance and cost controllable satellites, and has mastered core technologies such as high-resolution remote sensing and synthetic aperture radar (SAR).

Last June, Weina Starry Sky completed a 1 billion yuan C1 round of financing, with a post investment valuation of over 7 billion yuan, becoming a commercial aviation unicorn enterprise. In August of this year, Weina Starry Sky completed its latest round of financing.
