Support the high-end and intelligent upgrading of enterprises, enhance batch manufacturing capabilities, and provide support for the purchase of equipment, software, and other investments by enterprises at a rate of 10% of the total project investment, up to a maximum of 100 million yuan. Bank loans for enterprises to carry out scientific and technological research and industrialization projects will be subsidized at a maximum interest rate of 50%, up to a maximum of 15 million yuan. Support the upgrading of intelligent factories in the fields of rockets, satellites, etc., classified according to the evaluation level, with a maximum support of 10 million yuan.
